To assist the Client to secure top talent for its vacancies a detailed recruitment process will be followed:
1 DGE Recruit allocates dedicated resources to the search and selection of appropriate candidates. This means that each role will be prioritized and allocated to an experienced DGE Recruit consultant with specific timelines.
2 DGE Recruit will request a meeting with the Client’s HR department and relevant Line Manager to get a full briefing on each of the roles as well as to assess the culture of the organization, management and leadership styles, strategic goals, challenges and direction, EE criteria and specific experience desired and required. The Client sharing as much additional information about the role with DGE Recruit will aid is accuracy of the search and discovery of the best candidate
3 Top calibre candidates’ detailed CVs will be presented as soon as they have been sourced, interviewed, and deemed to be suitable for the position. Specific timelines for the deadline for submission will be set once agreed upon with the Client.
4 Various mechanisms will be used to source high quality candidates. DGE Recruit will screen and interview all relevant candidates and arrange logistics where necessary.
5 All background reference checks as well as ID, ITC, criminal record and qualification checks will be run and submitted by DGE Recruit on the Client’s request.
